Access & Login

Q. Can I login to my account on desktop?
Yes, users can log in to both the desktop account and the mobile app to check their performance, earnings and more.

Q. How do I login if my password is incorrect?
You can attempt login up to 5 times. After 5 unsuccessful attempts, the system locks you out for 30 minutes. If you forget your password, use the 'Forgot Password' option on the login page after entering your email address.

Q. How do I sign in for a partner account?
Partner accounts are created by the Xoxoday team. You can log in once you receive an email confirming account creation.

Profile & Settings

Q. How can I change my mobile number/email address?
This information cannot be changed in the app.

Q. What is Profile setting?

The following actions are available under profile settings:

  • View personal details (Name, login ID, mobile number)

  • Upload profile picture

  • View and redeem current balance

  • Check redemption history

  • Change mobile app language

  • Contact customer support and

  • Log out

Landing Page & Navigation

Q. What can I view on the Landing Page?
The Landing Page contains:

  • Homepage Banner: For client branding, linked to the client website.

  • Pending Tasks: Actions pending (e.g., program enrollment, surveys).

  • Balance Points: Displays your current points balance.

  • Latest Program Performance: Shows recent performance activity.

  • Groups: Displays organizational groups.

  • Menu Icon: Contains profile details, redeem option, and support.

  • Notifications Icon: Messaging system for important updates.

Social & Engagement Features

Q. Is there a feature to see team members' birthdays and have automated wishes on Town Hall?
This feature is under development. Super Admins will be able to set up birthday reminders, with automated wishes and optional rewards.

Q. How do I redeem Balance Points?

Tap on Redeem. You will be redirected to stores.xoxoday.com. Select your choice of product and redeem.

Q. How can I redeem my balance points?
Redeem option is available in multiple pages:

  • Go to Your Balance on the Landing Page and tap on Redeem.

  • Go to Menu and tap Redeem.

  • Go to Points and Payments inside the menu and tap Redeem.

Q. Where can the points be redeemed?
Points can be redeemed either at the Store or received as a cash payout.

Q. What are the different ways to redeem points?
Compass points can be redeemed against more than 5,000 gift vouchers, cash transfers, and experiences. You can also directly transfer them to Paytm or Amazon Pay accounts.

Q. Are points equivalent to currency?
Points are not necessarily equivalent to currency. However, they can be equivalent to any currency depending on the configuration set by the admin.

Q. On what basis can I be issued points?
Points are issued based on:

  • Achieving top rank in a campaign

  • Completing milestones before a campaign expires

Q. What type of activities can earn me points?
To earn points, participate in campaigns to achieve targets.

Q. Is there any validity for Reward points?
Reward points earned through the Compass platform do not expire.

Q. When would I receive the incentive payment?
Payments can be made instantaneously or at the end of a campaign, depending on the program configuration.

Groups & Community

Q. Can I join/leave a group?
Yes, you can join and leave public groups, for private groups, you must request to join, which needs to be approved by the admin.

Q. How can I view groups that I’m not a part of?
Tap on View All next to Groups on the Landing Page to view all available groups.

Q. Can I view groups that I am not part of?
Yes, you can view all the groups that you are not part of.

Q. Can I create posts in a group?
You can create posts in a group only if you’ve been granted access by the admin.

Q. Can I create a new group?
No. Only an admin has the rights to create new groups.

Q. Can the Xoxoday ICM tool allow users to access tasks with an intuitive flow?

Yes. Xoxoday ICM software is designed with user experience at its core, providing an intuitive, guided workflow. Users can easily navigate tasks such as incentive tracking, report generation, and task assignments with minimal clicks.

The clean interface ensures clear task prioritization and seamless navigation, reducing complexity, enhancing productivity, and shortening the learning curve for new users.

Q. Does the Xoxoday ICM tool provide a mobile app for both agents and managers to track performance and view reports?

Yes. The Xoxoday ICM mobile app supports both agents and managers. Agents can track performance, earnings, and deals, while managers gain real-time visibility into team performance through mobile dashboards.

These dashboards display key metrics such as sales conversions, task completion, and leaderboard rankings, with the ability to filter performance by shift, cluster, or cohort. This enables on-the-go performance reviews and timely interventions across regions and store formats.

Q. Does the Xoxoday ICM software offer a mobile app for employees and partners to access earning reports, leaderboards, gamification, alerts, communication, collaboration, and help desk support?

Yes. The platform’s mobile app provides employees and partners with earning reports, leaderboards, gamification features, alerts, communication tools, collaboration channels, and access to a help desk. This ensures seamless engagement, support, and transparency on the go.

Campaigns & Performance Tracking

Q. How many campaigns can I participate in?
You can participate in all campaigns that the admin has added you to.

Q. Can I view my rank in a campaign?
Yes. Ranks are visible on the leaderboard. Up to the top 10 players are also displayed.

Q. Does a notification go to every achiever when they complete a milestone?
Yes. At milestone completion, a notification is sent to every participant via mobile, email, or SMS (depending on settings). If a participant narrowly misses a milestone, they also receive a notification.

Q. Is goal-setting the first step before the user starts the program?
Yes. Goal-setting is the first step to access the program. It also prompts users to complete performance planning on priority.
