Plan Approval

Overview

This section of the application allows admins to manage plan approval requests, track their statuses, and search for specific users or plans.

You can review, approve, reject, or monitor plans in different states of progress.

Accessing the Plan Approval Section

Step 1: Navigate to the Pending Approval Tab
On the left-hand side (LHS) navigation menu, click Pending Approval.

Step 2: Select Plan Approval
From the available options, select Plan Approval to open the interface.

Viewing Plan Approvals

Within the Plan Approval section, you can view and filter plans based on their status. Use the dropdown menu to choose from the following categories:

  • All: Displays all plans regardless of status.

  • Pending Approval: Shows plans waiting for review and decision.

  • Active: Lists plans that have already been approved and are currently active.

  • Rejected: Displays plans that have been reviewed and rejected.

Searching for a Specific User

To find a particular plan or user:

  • Use the Search Box at the top of the Plan Approval page.

  • Enter the user's name or other relevant keywords.

  • The results will update automatically to reflect your search query.

Understanding the Details Displayed

Each plan in the list includes the following information:

Field

Description

Status

Indicates the plan's current state (e.g., pending, approved, rejected).

Name

The name of the user or plan associated with the request.

Description

A brief summary of the plan and its purpose.

Plan Label

The tag or label assigned to the plan for classification.

Best Practices

  • Regularly check the Pending Approval section to avoid delays in processing.

  • Use the Search feature to quickly locate specific users or plans.

  • Ensure all plan details are complete before approving.
