At Compass, we're always looking to enhance ourselves with new features and enhancements. These are the list of features we have released:

  1. New and Intuitive UI on Data and Integrations:

    We have introduced a new UI for our Data and Integrations module, with a few tweaks to the existing workflow:

    Users section is now part of Data and Integrations.
    New UI updates to data upload and connections.

  2. Distinguish between users and user groups in Team Performance easily with a characteristic of your choice:

    Admins can now choose a public attribute or a public characteristic to distinguish between users and user groups.

    This can be done by admins marking a public attribute to be displayed in the mobile login for managers.

    The "Base Location Code" is star-marked by the admin, this will be visible in the mobile app in the My Team Performance section, enabling managers to easily distinguish between groups of reportees.


3. Compare and understand user performance across groups of plans:

Introduced User Performance Comparison widget on the Account Level Dashboard to track user metrics across plan sets and time periods, highlighting performance trends with detailed insights. Now available for Admins on Web and for users on Web and Mobile.
Create a new Comparison Report to compare user performance across groups of plans based on selected set of metrics:

4. Plan Processing improvements:

Process and re-process plans faster with new improvements in metric calculations and data queries.

Upcoming Features and Improvements:

  1. Clawback based on completed plans: Provision to start a clawback process based on earlier completed plans.

  2. ASC 606 reports: ASC 606 compliant reports in compass for easier auditing and reporting purposes.

  3. Dedicated User Management module: User management module to view, modify and customize user data and access roles.
