At Compass, we're always looking to enhance ourselves with new features and enhancements. These are the list of features we have released:
Simulation for Plans and Metrics:
Provision to run simulation on completed plans and make changes to the plan conditions, KPIs or rewards and see the changes in the reports.
This helps admins and POCs to understand the changes in the plan reports without changing the actual plans in the production account.Admins can compare the performance reports of various simulations to better understand the differences.
Spark Processing: Calculation and Computation:
We have enabled spark processing in compass, which allows for concurrent recalculation of plans and results in much faster calculations and computations, uploads and processing in Compass.
Escalation Feedback: Enhanced Escalation Feedback:
Enhanced escalation feedback handling and integrated specific workflows to support custom hierarchy in escalations. Escalations can now be sent to specific resolvers in desired order.
Admins can now complete Plans from frontend:
Admins can now complete plans from frontend to resolve business needs, for instant approvals or to cater to other exceptions.
New Customization tab in Admin side for Compass mobile app:
We have introduced a new mobile branding tab for admins to quickly customize the mobile app as needed. They can change the splash screen icons, banners, insert desired links and choose appropriate themes.
Upcoming items:
Dedicated User Management module- A dedicated user management module in Compass for defining approval workflows and managing user personas.
Custom Persona Creation with Data Level Access- Custom Persona called Partner Admin will be defined for users, enabling these Partner Admins to view user specific information without viewing user data not mapped to them.
